Windows is terrible, but if you seriously HAVE TO use windows, use a VM and follow this guide, to make it a little bit better:

Installer: Disable account requirement

Disable animations in windows settings

Taskbar
- Right click, Taskbar settings
- Disable Search, Task view & Widgets
- Taskbar behaviors -> Move to left
- Remove Copilot, Edge, Software center
- Right click, Taskbar settings

(For VM) Install spice-guest-tools (https://www.spice-space.org/download.html)
- Reboot
- Auto resize VM with Window
